1. How much does a consultation cost?

A consultation is free for all cases if the attorney is hired the same day, however, if the attorney is not retained a charge of $185- will be required. (With the exception of Personal Injury and Bankruptcy matters)

2. What are our fees?

This is a difficult question to answer as most cases are unique and are handled various ways. The attorney would need to discuss this with you at the time of your consultation.

No, the attorneys here at our firm are licensed in the state of West Virginia only

7. Where is our office located?

We are in the heart of Charles Town off of W. Washington Street. Our office is in the building to the left of the United Bank, and we are on the 3rd floor.
