Charles Town, West Virginia (KHB) 15, May, 2009 – A Jefferson County resident was found not guilty of robbery in the first degree by a jury on May 15, 2009. Michael Miller was indicted for robbery in the first degree on January 23, 2009. After deliberating for 35 minutes the Jefferson County jury handed down a not guilty verdict.
